Welcome to Pink Pearl, Jaipur's waterpark, amusement park and hotel! Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before accessing or using our facilities. By visiting Pink Pearl, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms and conditions:  

1. Park Rules and Regulations:

   1. All visitors must comply with the park's rules and regulations displayed at various locations within the premises.

   2. Guests are responsible for their safety and the safety of their belongings. Pink Pearl will not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or accident that occurs within the park.
       

2. Ticketing and Entry:

   1. Admission to Pink Pearl is subject to the purchase of a valid ticket or pass.

   2. Upon purchase of the tickets, you will receive a wristband, which you need to keep on your wrist at all times, when you enter the waterpark.

   3. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.

   4. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

   5. Re-entry to the park is not permitted once you exit the premises.

   6. The park reserves the right to deny entry to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

   7. For guests staying at the Pink Pearl Hotel, entry to Pink Pearl Water Park and Chokha Punjab is chargeable, unless it is in the package the guest(s) booked.
       

3. Safety Guidelines:

   1. Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by park staff.

   2. Proper clothing is mandatory for all water-based attractions. Revealing or inappropriate clothing is not permitted.

   3. Height and age restrictions may apply to certain attractions for safety reasons.

   4. Height Policy :- For people below the height of 3.2 ft charges are free. For people with the height of 3.3- 4.5 ft, the charges are Rs. 400 all throughout the week. For people above the height of 4.5 ft (adults), the charges are Rs. 600 during the weekdays and Rs. 700 during the weekends. Please Note.- Rates are subject to change as per management.
      
       

4. Health Considerations:

   1. Guests with pre-existing medical conditions or pregnant women are advised to seek medical advice before using any of the attractions.

   2. Persons with open wounds, contagious diseases, or any condition that could be aggravated by the park's facilities are prohibited from entering the water or using the attractions.
       

5. Personal Belongings:

   1. Lockers are available for rent to store personal belongings. Pink Pearl will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

   2. Valuables, including cash and jewellery, should be secured and not left unattended at any time.

   3. Shoe racks are available for rent to store shoes. Pink Pearl will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

   4. Swimming costumes and towels are available for rent at Pink Pearl.
       

6. Food and Beverage:

   1. Outside food and beverages are not allowed within the park premises, except for baby food (for children below 2) or special dietary requirements.

   2. A variety of food and beverage options are available for purchase within the park.
       

7. Photography and Recording:

   1. Guests are welcome to take personal photographs and videos for non-commercial purposes.

   2. Commercial photography, filming, or the use of drones is chargeable.
       

8. Park Closure or Alteration:

   1. The waterpark remains open from March-October. 

   2. Pink Pearl reserves the right to close, alter, or cancel any attractions, shows, or events without prior notice.

   3. In the event of park closure due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, no refunds or compensation will be provided.
       

9. Code of Conduct:

   1. Guests must behave responsibly, respectfully, and considerately towards others and the park's property.

   2. Any form of harassment, violence, vandalism, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated, and violators may be asked to leave the premises.
       

10. Liability:

    1. Pink Pearl will not be held responsible for any loss, injury, damage, or theft incurred within the park.

    2. Guests participate in all activities at their own risk.

    3. Pink Pearl reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions as necessary. It is the responsibility of all visitors to stay informed about any changes by reviewing the most recent version available on the park's website or at the entrance gate.
